Kara

Blanco made a cathedral length custom veil to go with her blush colored Monique Lhuillier gown. Kara wanted a veil with enough drama to accompany her dress but not take away from it. The back of her gown was very special so the veil had to have little fullness through the crown and a lot of width and drama at the hem. The veil looked gorgeous blowing in the wind at her wilderness wedding in Upstate New York.

How did you hear about Blanco?

Natalie is a friend of a friend!

What made you decide to go the custom route for your dress/veil?

I wanted something subtle but also that fit with my dress and my petite stature. The veil Natalie created delivered on all fronts – it was the perfect accessory to add romance and softness and brought out the best of me, my dress, and the venue in photos.

What was the best part of working with Blanco?

Natalie is so talented and a great listener. She took the time to understand me, my venue, my dress, and how I wanted to feel on my wedding day and she translated that into a stunning veil. She was really open to feedback along the way and made small revisions to ensure everything was just right.
